About Health Screenings/Fairs

GrowWell participates in Health Fairs that are taking place throughout the West Tennessee region. A variety of services can be provided at no charge, such as information about chronic diseases and health programs and screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol tests. Based on screening test results, we provide individualized recommendations to improve your health and quality of life. We’ll also recommend free healthcare programs in your area.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is providing the funding. The purpose of the Delta program is to fund organizations located in eight Delta states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee) to address unmet local health care needs and prevalent health disparities through the development of new and innovative projects in Delta communities.
